Here are the pros:
1. The container is very big, can sterilize lots of things at the same time. My record is 9 dr. Brown bottles, with all the small parts/lids/nipples, two sets of breast pump flanges+valves+connectors, and many pacifiers!
2. It’s very easy to use, just add 100ml water, wait 60 minutes and it will clean and dry everything. Really efficient to use! Much better than drying rack which would take 12+ hours to dry, not to mention that’s not a very clean option..Time is everything for new mom like me.
3. Very little noises. I put it in the kitchen, will not disturb anybody when using at night.
4. Fantastic customer service, trustworthy company. My machine had dryer function issue, after contact customer service, they responded within couple of hours, and sent in a new one in just 2 days! I feel like buying more products from papablic, feels reliable. And yes they have life time warranty.
The cons:
I can’t think of anything now. The price is not expensive and you can’t ask for more out of it. If had to say, maybe the button or actually the timer, that’s by design clockwise, and will not work if I turn the other way around, the timer will not reset. But that does not affect the function anyway…
Overall it’s a great buy, necessity for babies, and fantastic customer service, so rest assured it worths the money!

I did sanitize all the bottles, but it didn’t dry them and for some reason even though I put them in the sun the condensation inside the bottles will never go away. Updated information. I’ve used this for 2 weeks now, give or take. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. After I give something a basic dish soap cleaning, I put it in the Grownsy for drying and sanitizing and it works great. On some occasions, I’ve only sanitized, which works fine as well. The basket on the top allows you to do small things up there while still having room for other stuff on the bottom. Very happy.

I have twins and we recently switched to the larger Dr. Brown’s bottles. I was using the Medela microwave steam bags for sterilization. They work great but I can only sterilize 2 of the larger bottles at once in the bags. With 8 bottles a day and pump parts I was spending an hour+ running things through the microwave. Boiling wasn’t much better. This sterilizer has cut my sterilization time down to 24 minutes! I can run a full days bottles and pump parts through in just 3 cycles. Really wishing I would have bought this a month ago when I returned to work because this essentially equals an extra 30 minutes of sleep for me!

I have twins and we recently switched to the larger Dr. Brown’s bottles. I was using the Medela microwave steam bags for sterilization. They work great but I can only sterilize 2 of the larger bottles at once in the bags. With 8 bottles a day and pump parts I was spending an hour+ running things through the microwave. Boiling wasn’t much better. This sterilizer has cut my sterilization time down to 24 minutes! I can run a full days bottles and pump parts through in just 3 cycles. Really wishing I would have bought this a month ago when I returned to work because this essentially equals an extra 30 minutes of sleep for me!

This works just fine! Anyone who has an issue with it doesn’t read instructions 🙄. You sure will burn your hands on it if you don’t wait the 10 minutes before you open it like the instructions tell you to do as part of the sanitizing process! 4 minutes in the microwave, 10 minutes sitting. 14 minutes total. Not hard people.
