Most celebrities had amazing results after their plastic surgeries because they could afford some of the best surgeons in this world and that's very important.
Off course not all of them could enjoy such results but I think the ones that had bad surgeries are responsible because I've heard some of them forced their doctors to do huge changes even if that wasn't recommended.
