I was looking for a non-greasy cream to alleviate sore muscles and joints ‘the day after’ all day gardening work. I just started using Biofreeze for my arthritic knees, and I could feel some relief a few seconds later. There is no cure for arthritis but I did get some temporary relief every time I use it.
