It's supposed to be useful for those that supplement with Beta-Alanine.

I do. First realized I needed to during a clen cycle, but now it's a standard part of my preworkout. I find I can lift heavier for longer with it.

I'm no bodybuilder, just someone that lifts and lurks here to learn a little bit more. That said,this week I began taking a supplement with maltodextrin, caffeine and taurine (1g) preworkout. The taurine was actually a recommendation from my doctor considering that I lift for 1 hour and a half everyday and also run (12k) every other day. I'm pleased with the results. It seems that taurine is suposed to make you feel less tired and thats exactly what it seems to be doing for me.
