1. Advice for Promoting Muscle Growth

For skinny hard gainers what contributed most to you putting on muscle and strength ( I only want opinions from natural people)

I would personally start my day with a hefty shake. I would mix up what i used here an there but the recipe goes as follows:
1 cup hole milk 2 servings peanut butter 1 whole banana 2 scoops vanilla whey protein 1 serving raw rolled oats 2 servings coconut oil
Depending on what kind of protein you use, this could be a 1500 calorie shake, and i would still be hungry by lunch.

Eating 3600 calories of good stuff is better than eating 4500 or 5000 calories of bad stuff. It isn’t always just about eating more. Sometimes it’s just eating better.

c. Like-No-Dude
Fix sleep, being disciplined with food and exercise. I need to eat heavy surplus and lot of fats and enough slow release protein, I was eating 2g per kg of BW, otherwise my body somehow magically gets rid of carbs.

Drink your calories. Obviously, eat whole food. But, put peanut butter in your protein shakes. Make sure it’s a high calorie protein shake. Use olive oil. My friend was like you. He’d lose weight overnight if he didn’t drink a massive milk shake before bed. Whole milk, full fat yogurt, protein powder and vanilla ice cream.

5 eggs protein shake breakfest, 2 protein bars 3 hours later, brown rice broccolii beef lunch, 2 chicken breasts rice broccoli diner, 1 mass gainer shake before bed

2. Muscle Growth Supplements

Hey everyone, I'm a 22 year old male. I currently go to the gym 4 times a week. I have always had body image problems, I'm super skinny in the arms and legs. Nothing I seem to do changes that no matter how much I work out. Is there any supplements or prescription medicines I can get to help me with building muscle mass. Thanks

On a side note, I also struggle to grow any facial hair, you can hardly notice I have any and can go 2 weeks without shaving and not notice much of a difference. I would love to be able to grow a nice beard

a. No_Context5930
Tongkat Ali will help with boosting testosterone there’s a host of other herbs that can help performance in the gym cordyceps panax ginseng beet root and a host of others but like others have said you probably need to eat more mainly protein as it’s lower in calories and you can eat more without going crazy on calories.

b. MonitorHumble5235
Anabolic protein and tongkat ali. Also look up Tim Ferris weight gain exercise. It's a barbel squat and overhead press that is the biggest muscle gain exercise for a short period of time.

c. One_Equivalent8597
Tongkat ali, Vitamin d, Magnesium, Zinc and boron (to increase testosterone), topical application of minoxidil (can help if testosterone improvement doesn’t help you grow a beard; I’d only try that if anything else doesn’t Work for you) whey protein, creatine monohydrate, complex carbohydrates and a generally good diet with a slight calorie surplus (for muscle mass increase)

3. Aside from protein, what else can I take to legally "enhance" muscle growth?

Are there any products to aid muscle growth such as Creatine, for example? I really don't like pre workouts as they put my body into overdrive in the wrong way! Thanks!

a. yuvaap
Aside from protein, you can consider taking creatine supplements to legally enhance muscle growth.

b. heyitsme-law
For me, creatine very quickly increases my strength (can lift more weights), my endurance (can sprint longer without getting winded) and, surprisingly, my mental energy/brain function. No joke. I’m pushing 40 and have been taking it on and off since be a competitive college athlete and it 100% makes a significant difference for me in these areas. On the downside, it makes me insanely thirsty and have to pee much more frequently.

Caffeine source before workout will improve your performance.
