Great product. So easy to mix!!! Used a fork and a glass and had two very small lumps and couldn’t believe it, especially for the price. Tried so many products including the ideal which doc recommends and the price is a lot higher and you have to have those flavors. This has no flavor. I like iced coffee machinato and can stay low carb with this. 

Make strong coffee, add some no cal caramel and vanilla coffee flavoring I get at Safeway and some cream and have a 120 calorie drink with zip low carbs. I started the Medifast program back in February. I only ordered the product and didn’t become a member. The program involves 5, 100 calorie meals, and a lean and green meal for dinner. This totals about 1300-1500 calories a day. When I completed my 30 day supply of medifast I searched for an alternative protein source. I ordered this product, which tastes great by the why. Each shake is only about 125 calories. I have 4 of these a day along with my Lean and Green dinner. My starting weight in February was 216 lbs. I am now 190 lbs. As far as exercise, I have 2 coonhounds that I walk for 40 minutes a day, 7 days a week.
I would recommend this product. Can’t wait to start my P90x program again. By the way, I have only lost fat, not muscle with this product.

I’ve been looking for a high protein alternative to late night snacking, and this really hits to bulls-eye. It takes a lot longer to digest than whey protein, so I feel fuller longer. I also seem to sleep much better if I take this an hour before bed. My favorite way to prepare it is to mix 5-6 oz of almond milk and let it sit in the fridge for 10-15 minutes. It literally turns into pudding that I top with some berries. As with any Ascent product I’ve tried the flavor is top notch, which isn’t easy to do with zero artificial ingredients.
