I haven’t had any negative side effects from taking this product, what some people don’t seem to understand is that too much zinc IS bad for you and consuming outside of what’s recommended on the bottled WILL have negative side effects (much like anything else you take too much of). So I’m going to say it’s safe to guess the negative reviews are from people who took more than what the bottle says.
