I’m a mid 40s trail runner and starting to feel some consistent joint, knee pain. Assuming I am already working on running mechanics, are there any supplements that you take to maintain overall joint health?

I'm 35, but I have osteoarthritis in my knee. In addition to glucosamine and chondroitin, I take MSM and boswellia. Since I've started taking that combo I've been able to alleviate most of my pain. Also since taking those I generally only experience flare ups after exceptionally long or strenuous runs.

I take glucosamine and chondroitin. I'm a believer because I've seen what it's done for my dogs. I realize a human and dog are different, but for them it's been a game changer
