I received my Amazon bottle and started to take 1 every day.. It's been 30 days I started my second bottle and I must say my overall mood has changed. As for other benefits bones well I have osteoarthritis..some other issues it's not curing it but I think its helping as for aid to weight loss haven't gained weight nor lost it but I plan on starting my workouts.
