This works to help with pains I have in my neck and back. I took a different turmeric product before and notice results but ran out and some time passed before I bought this one and in that time I noticed I was getting more aches in my neck and shoulders but when I take this turmeric about 90% of the pain goes away after a few days of taking it. My grandma has arthritis and chronic leukemia. I didn't expect this to work as well as it did. While I'm into "natural" or holistic medicine, I prefer the clinical remedies. My grandma is the opposite. I did a little research and decided to get this for her because her shoulder was causing her so much pain that she was struggling to get around and seemed to be very uncomfortable. The FIRST day she took it, that night she seemed to be doing a little better. It's been a week now and her shoulder doesn't seem to bother her at all, only a little. She gets around just fine again. It can't be a placebo effect because I didn't explain much about it, just that it can help ease inflammation in the body. I got her vitamin D and C as well.

After much research, this product is the one I chose. It really does help with pain of arthritis. It's not a painkiller, but helps to reduce the inflammation that in turn helps reduce the pain.
