Best Collagen Type 2 Supplements for Joints 2024

Collagen Type II is the main component of cartilage. Cartilage acts as a cushion between the bones in joints, providing flexibility and support.  The cartilage may deteriorate with aging or from joint-stressing activities. Collagen Type II supplements may aid in maintaining the structure and functionality of cartilage.

Moreover, some studies suggest that collagen Type II supplementation may reduce joint pain, improve joint function and have anti-inflammatory properties, making it beneficial for individuals with joint conditions such as osteoarthritis.

It's important to note that while there is some evidence support the benefits of collagen Type II supplementation for joint health, individual responses can vary. If you're planning on taking collagen supplements, talk to your doctor first, especially if you have any current health issues or are taking other medications.

I was advised to start collagen for skin issues & possibly help with effects of multiple types of arthritis ,unfortunately I am unable to take beef due to a nasty lonestar tic that left me with Alpha Gal ( bovine allergy) . I tried the marine which is costly & questionable .Thankfully someone mentioned chicken collagen was available ,I was thrilled to find NOW made it ,instant purchase knowing their products are high quality & verified.

After reading 50+ reviews all positive I couldn't wait to receive & like everyone else within 2days I feel the difference in my joints both hands , knees & neck ! First time in years I didn't have to rest multiple times a day so I'm hoping it only gets better. Have it on automatic delivery so I never go without

I have known that collagen is good for joint pain, but I really didn't think that I needed it. Once I got this bottle from Life Extension, I put it away for a while. I was diagnosed with gout recently and needed some anti-inflammatory medicine and supplements. I also noticed a lot of joint pain in my wrist that lingered after the gout had subsided. I started taking these collagen supplements and within the course of a week the pain in my wrist had almost completely faded away.

I also noticed that my knees didn't ache as much and even, as stupid as this might sound, it didn't hurt just to get out of bed every morning. These were very easy to take, they didn't smell or taste bad and cause no stomach issues.
