Ordered these instead of the padded ones. They are one layer and just above cheesecloth. For diapers-Probably would be ok for newborns that wet more than soil but wouldn’t recommend for babies above a month or two. For burp cloths they are ok. I prefer the layered ones. All of them will make good cleaning cloths.

These are essential for every newborn household. They can be used as burb cloths, changing pads, towels to wipe up spills, or cloth diapers. I use them every feed, everyday. 

When I change my son, I use them to cover his “business” to prevent unwanted spray. I use them underneath my kids when changing them to protect whatever surface I’m working on. When my kids get a nasty rash, I use them as cloth diapers to air them out to heal. They are the first thing I reach for when my kids spit up. These could probably even be used as wash cloths, but I’ve never need to try it. Plus since they are white, you can bleach them out to give them a superior clean.

I use them as burp rags and the softness is good against my daughter’s face while she’s resting her head on my shoulder.
