 I’m on a Keto diet so extra B vitamins are recommended by my doctor. I like that this one is so pure. Does it do all the things I’ve listed? I don’t know. Vitamins have to be taken daily & as it works within the body, I don’t know that a person would necessarily feel any different. Probably more that it aids the body to function better. Best multi ever. My naturopath recommended it to me because I can’t have folic acid — I need folate for iron. This vitamin has it along with good amounts of B12 and vitamin D. Been using it for years.
