Best CoQ10 with PQQ Supplements Review 2024

CoQ10 is a naturally occurring compound in the body. It is especially important for energy production and protecting cells from damage caused by free radicals. CoQ10 levels may decline with age or owing to certain medical problems, leading some people to take supplements to ensure adequate amounts.

Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) is a micronutrient with antioxidant properties. It also plays a role in mitochondrial function and energy metabolism. Like CoQ10, PQQ can be found in a variety of foods, but for those who have particular health issues or dietary deficits, supplements may be helpful.

CoQ10 and PQQ are two nutritional supplements that are frequently combined because of their possible synergistic benefits on cellular energy production and overall health.

CoQ10 works to improve the speed and efficiency, then PQQ assists by promoting the growth of mitochrondria and together they help your body produce more energy, faster. However, more researches on this combination are still needed. (Source)

I’ve been dealing with chronic fatigue for over 2 years and have tried different supplements that didn’t worked....

Within the fist couple of days of taking it I was able to feel more energy, not like coffee or energy drinks but I just found myself being able to do more things than usual during the day. Another thing I’ve noticed is that I’ve been sleeping a lot better since I started taking it.

I waited a few months to review it because I wanted to make sure I was not experiencing a placebo effect. Now I’m a believer and had added it to my daily supplement intake.

FAQ

a. Ubiquinol vs Ubiquinone

Ubiquinol May Be More Bioavailable Than Ubiquinone
Both ubiquinol and ubiquinone are forms of CoQ10 (coenzyme Q10). Some studies showed that ubiquinol may be more bioavailable than ubiquinone. However, the study is still inconsistent.

A study aimed to compare the effectiveness between ubiquinone and ubiquinol to enhance the CoQ10 status in older men suggests that ubiquinol supplement are more effective than ubiquinone supplement.

Another study found no significant differences between ubiquinone capsules and ubiquinol capsules in the redox status of the absorbed CoQ10.

b. What Happens if Your Coq10 Levels Are Low?

A slight CoQ10 deficiency can result in muscle weakness and fatigue. Although CoQ10 deficiency is unlikely to occur in the general population, there is a higher risk in people with particular medical problems including cancer, diabetes, or genetic abnormalities.

Studies have also shown that a lack of coenzyme Q10 can make cells more vulnerable to harm from free radicals.
